After a somewhat disappointing first episode of Idol auditions in Minneapolis, the Seattle audition episode of American Idol was chalk-full of fun auditions and crazy individuals. *Edit* YouTube vidoes have been yanked, stupid copyright laws. Thank god for the much less regulated DailyMotion, more info at the end of this entry. I didn’t watch the Golden Globes, but I heard neither “The Office” or Steve Carell won, which is too bad, but then they showed this promo. I think they’re setting up for a very interesting February. Yahoo TV has also posted three clips for this Thursday’s episode. I tried to not watch them, but I [...] It’s a little strange when there are plot parallels between my favorite comic and my favorite TV show. In “Spider-man Loves Mary Jane” (I promise, it’s a lot better than it’s name) and on “The Office” our heroines are in a pickle. They were both too blind to see Mr. Right was right in front [...] Okay, Saturday Night Live is a hit-or-miss show that usually misses. But last night was actually amusing. I may have lovingly crafted an Office video to “SexyBack”, but I’m not Justin Timberlake’s biggest fan. However, he does have a knack for sketch comedy. And his “Digital Short” was damn funny, I wonder how many guys [...] I really don’t get that excited about anything, but I’ve been anticipating the new “Office” all week, it’s longer, it has a “Lazy Sunday” spoof, oh yeah, and this one couple on the show see each other for the first time this season. I think their names are Jim and Pam, I’m not sure though, [...] |
